I bought some dried gluten on a certain website before and wanted to eat it with cold salad this summer

Cold Gluten

1. Soak the gluten in water

2. Soaked

3. Add cucumber shreds

4. Add carrot shreds

5. Add soy sauce

6. Add balsamic vinegar

7. Add salt and spicy oil

8. Add crushed peanuts

9. Stir well

10. Loading

Tips:

The gluten can’t be soaked for too long, it’s about 15 minutes.
