Cold Green Wheat Rolled
1.
This is what we are doing. The green wheat is finally turned out on the stone mill, like noodles.
2.
The green wheat I bought was rolled, and this thing is a naturally formed strip with uneven thickness.
3.
Shred carrots, blanch in water and let cool
4.
Mung bean sprouts blanched and dried
5.
Roll the green wheat into a bowl, spread carrots, cucumbers, and mung bean sprouts
6.
Mash the garlic into a puree, add vinegar and chili oil, then add an appropriate amount of olive oil and extra-grade soy sauce, and stir well to form a sauce.
7.
Pour the sauce on the food and top with tahini sauce at the end. Just mix well when eating. It’s the first time I have eaten it. The mouthful of green wheat smells really delicious.
