Cold Nest with Bamboo Shoots

Peel the nest lettuce, wash and shred.

Put ginger, garlic, sugar, and pepper into a plate and pour light soy vinegar.

Boil the shredded shreds in the water in the pot, and immediately remove it in the water (add some salt in the middle).

Remove it and put it directly into the condiment tray (don't drain it too dry).
5.
Fry the dried chilies with hot oil in the pan (don't fry them).
6.
Pour hot chili oil on the shredded nests and mix well.
