Cold Pork Scalp

Clean the pig scalp, put it in a pot and cook for about 1 hour

Finely chopped green onion and parsley

Cucumber carrot shredded

Cut the pork scalp into thin slices, add shredded carrots and cucumbers, add chicken essence, salt, red oil chili, vinegar, sugar, green onion, garlic, coriander, light soy sauce and mix well.
Tips:
The pig scalp should be cooked and let cool before cutting
