Cold Silver Bar

Cut silver bars into sections, rinse and drain the water for later use

Put it in a bowl and add shredded red pepper

Add salt
4.
Add ginger and shallots
5.
Put the sesame oil in the pot and heat it to 80% hot, then turn off the heat

Pour it on the ginger while it's hot
7.
Cover and simmer for one minute
8.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the plate
Tips:
1. I use canned silver bars, so I can take it out and drink it directly
2. In order to look good, I finally sprinkled some ripe white sesame seeds. This step can be omitted.
