Silver bars are a special dish of the first generation of Yanshi, Henan. Because they are rich in sugars, phenols, vitamin C, crude protein, amino acids, organic acids and other substances, they have unique effects on softening blood vessels, lowering blood lipids, and improving blood circulation. Therefore, it can be regarded as a health-care dish. It is said that this stuff is not an unnamed vegetable brought back by Emperor Xuanzang Tianzhu after taking the scriptures. Emperor Taizong Li Shimin praised this dish and gave it a special name "Yin Tiao". It was once a court dish. The easiest way to cook is directly cold salad, because silver bars have no special smell except for the crispness, cold salad can best taste its original taste.

Tips:

1. I use canned silver bars, so I can take it out and drink it directly
2. In order to look good, I finally sprinkled some ripe white sesame seeds. This step can be omitted.
