Cold Spiced Tofu Shreds

1. Shred the bean curd.

2. Shred the bean curd.

3. Cut the coriander into sections and shred the chives.

4. Put soy sauce sesame oil chicken essence in a basin and mix well (if you like spicy food, you can pour a hot pepper and chili oil in the pan and stir together).

5. There are kids in my family who didn't add chili but they were just as delicious (remember not to add salt because the tofu skin is salty.
