Cold Bean Curd Rolls

1. Sliced tofu skin.

2. Prepared shallots and garlic (garlic granules need to be boiled in water to taste)

3. Put in one time: salt, vinegar, light soy chicken bouillon, and pepper. Then pour garlic water (including garlic granules), oyster sauce, and chili oil. Just mix well.

4. Delicious finished product.

Tips:

Garlic granules need to be soaked in a small amount of boiling water for a while to taste.
