Cold Thorn Stick for Health Preservation

A thorn stick that I bought.

Remove the leaves (keep the salad, don't throw it away).

Wash the stick and cut into sections for later use.

Boil water in a pot, add a spoonful of vegetable oil and some salt to boil.

Boil water with a stick and boil soft (taste it after cooking, the taste is soft and firm).

After cooking, take it out and soak it in clean water. Change the water several times in the middle to remove the unique taste of mountain vegetables. Some people are not used to it. (It will taste a little bit if mixed directly).

Then remove the controlled water, add appropriate amount of salt, add more garlic, add some chili oil and chicken essence, and add some sesame oil.

Tips:
The thorn stick can be eaten with sauce after it is cooked, and it tastes good. But you have to soak it more, otherwise it will taste.
