Coleslaw

1. Wash the tender tips of the broom vegetables.

2. Put the washed broom vegetables in a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, until the broom vegetables are soft and cooked, remove and let cool and dry.

3. Peel the garlic, add a little refined salt and smash the garlic with a garlic mortar, and set aside.

4. Pour the cooked peanuts into a bowl of garlic mash.

5. Pour in some light soy sauce.

6. Add a tablespoon of cold vinegar and mix thoroughly.
