Cookie-like Orange Baked Biscuits

Juice the four navel oranges, drink the orange juice, and save the pomace.

A small box of butter melted (I floated the box directly on hot water), put an egg into 4 tea cups of flour, then add a small amount of water and an appropriate amount of white sugar, then add the pomace and a piece of cheese and stir together .

Knead the dough, knead it into a ball of moderate hardness, then cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to wake up for an hour.

Take out the dough, knead it again, then flatten it slightly, and place the raisins on it.

Roll up the noodles with raisins and put them in the refrigerator for forty minutes. It was supposed to be frozen a little harder and easier to cut, but it was too late and I couldn't wait, so I took it out directly, cut it with a knife and knead it into a small cake.

Put aluminum foil on the underside of the pancakes, put them in the oven, and bake them at 210 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
