"Coriander" is one of Shandong's traditional stir-frying methods. Coriander (cilantro) is the main cooking method, and the operation is basically the same as that of oil explosion. Coriander Fried Hairy Belly

1. Hairy belly wash

2. Cut into filaments

3. Garlic chopped

4. Sliced chives

5. Coriander (cilantro) washed and cut noodles

6. Chili cut into sections

7. Add oyster sauce, sugar and white pepper to a small bowl

8. Add a small amount of water and mix thoroughly for later use

Tips:

1. Choose fresh hairy belly when you burst your belly, because the watery hair doesn't taste good.
