Cozy Braised Pork Ribs

Pour the ribs into a pot of boiling water to remove the blood foam, remove the ribs piece by piece from the boiling point, so that they do not need to be cleaned and will not be stained with blood.

Prepare these first, sliced garlic and ginger.

Simmer for about 10 minutes, add some salt and sugar. Sugar is an indispensable seasoning in braised. As the saying goes: if you want to be sweet, add salt first, if you want to add some sugar. Sugar makes the salty taste smooth and not harsh.

Simmer for about 20 minutes and add the halved shiitake mushrooms.

Continue to simmer for 20 minutes. I like it to be crispy, so I simmer it for a longer time.
