Crab Mooncake

1. Pour the inverted syrup, soap and peanut oil into a basin, and then use a manual whisk to mix well.

2. Sift the flour, then pour it in and knead the dough.

3. After kneading the dough, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and let it stand at room temperature for two hours.

4. After the fillings are mixed well, rub the small balls for later use.

5. Squeeze the dough into a round shape and add the fillings.

6. Gently wrap and seal.

7. Put in the mold, press down, and lift the mold.

8. Put it in an oven that has been preheated to 180 degrees in advance, and bake for 5 minutes to set the shape.

9. After 5 minutes of baking, take out the mooncake embryo, dip it in egg yolk water with a brush, and then brush it on the surface of the mooncake without brushing the side.

10. Continue to put in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.

11. After baking, take it out.
