Every time I go to eat Japanese food, I will order a crab vinegar. It should be an appetizer, sweet and sour!

Crab Vinegar

1. Wash the Dutch cucumber

2. Thinly sliced

3. Put some salt in a bowl and marinate for a while

4. Marinated effluent

5. Squeeze the cucumber slices dry and prepare the crab fillet

6. Put the cucumber slices and crab sticks in a bowl

7. Add some lemon vinegar

8. Just mix well

Tips:

You can cut the crab fillet into sections or tear it into shreds to add more flavor
