Cranberry Mochi Bun

Ingredients: 100g white shark mochi bread flour, 55g milk, 18g whole egg, 25g butter, 10g cranberry, 20g caster sugar

Pour the ingredients except butter and cranberries into a large bowl and mix well.

Add the softened butter and stir to form a smooth dough.

Divide into 9 equal parts and round. Place in the baking tray.
