Cream Cube Cake

Egg whites and a small amount of lemon water, then add sugar to beat the soft triangles

Add 15g sugar to egg yolk and stir in cheese butter

Mix the egg yolk paste evenly

Add whipped cream

Reduce the powder in batches

Add egg white paste in portions
7.
Add the orange shreds and mix well

Apply butter and powder to the bottom of the mold and put it into the refrigerator for easy release.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
10.
Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes
