Crispy and Delicious Walnut Biscuits

Soften the yellow, add powdered sugar, and beat until the volume expands and the color is slightly lighter

Add the egg mixture and continue to stir evenly

Cut the walnuts into small pieces, add the chopped walnuts to the basin and stir evenly

Sift in the low flour and stir evenly, knead into a dough by hand, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes

Use various methods and auxiliary tools to shape the dough into a square shape. I use a square mousse ring. Sometimes I just squeeze a square strip out by hand.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator fresh-keeping warehouse for 1 hour

Take out the dough and cut into 2X2 cm long strips
8.
Cut the long strips into slices about 4 mm thick each
9.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper and line the raw biscuits, each with an interval of about 8 mm
10.
Put the baking pan into the preheated oven, 150 degrees, 12 minutes, middle level, upper and lower fire
