Crispy Broad Beans

The ingredients are ready.

Add the broad beans to the boil and cook for 2 minutes to remove.

Peel off the shells after cooling down with cold water.

Heat 5 layers of oil and fry the peeled broad beans for 5 minutes to remove.

Re-heat the oil to 80% heat and add the broad beans that have been fried for a second time.

Fry the crispy fragrant to remove the oil control.

Tips:
Fava beans blanched in boiling water are greener in color.
The crispy beans need to be fried twice before they are crispy.
It can be fried with the skin or peeled like I did.
If it is too troublesome to blanch the water, you can directly fried the raw beans.
