Pineapple Fried Rice-parrot Edition
1.
Prepare a pineapple with relatively long leaves.
2.
Prepare cucumbers, carrots, and sausages.
3.
Cut the pineapple about 4 cm away from the top of the pineapple. Do not remove the leaves. Then use a knife to shape the top of the pineapple into the shape of a bird's head, and cut the beak slightly flat.
4.
Prepare a small piece of carrot and make the parrot's beak, preferably at the root, so that it can be easily repaired into the parrot's beak.
5.
Use a toothpick to put the repaired mouth on the parrot's head, and then find two papaya seeds or pear seeds to make the parrot's glasses, and shape them for later use.
6.
Cut the remaining piece of pineapple into small pieces, which are used for dicing.
7.
Dice carrots, cucumbers, and sausages.
8.
Cut each green onion into small pieces, prepare a bag of broad beans, which can be added or not according to personal preference.
9.
Add oil in a hot pan, add the shallots, stir-fry until the aroma is fragrant, add the diced carrots, sausages, and cucumbers.
10.
A small bowl of rice, preferably freshly cooked rice and let it cool. Such rice particles have a distinct taste and aroma.
11.
Beat the rice well and add diced pineapple.
12.
Put the broad beans before they are out of the pan, because the broad beans you bought are slightly harder, they will become crispier when fried in a hot pan. Stir-fry for one minute.
13.
Finally, put the rice in the pineapple and place the parrot next to the pineapple.
Tips:
You need to buy large pineapples with plump leaves. This is not the time to eat pineapples. It’s a waste of time when making parrots.
