Crispy Fried Golden Cicada

Know that the monkey washes the sand and drains the water, adds 4g of salt and mixes well, seals in plastic wrap and marinates for a day.

Put the oil in the hot pan. After the heat is heated, add the golden cicada to a medium-low heat and fry it for about 8 minutes until golden brown (making a beating when stirring), strain out with a colander and sprinkle with cumin powder.

Slice the cucumber, shred the radish and put it on a plate as shown.
Tips:
Pre-marinated for flavor, slow-fried will make it crispy without burning
