Crispy Shrimp

Ingredients: small seafood seasoning: ginger, chives, red pepper, green pepper, white pepper, cooking wine, chicken powder, salt.

Wash the chives, remove the roots and cut into inch sections; slice ginger; cut green and red pepper into small circles for use.

Wash the small sea prawns and drain the water, add cooking wine, white pepper, and a little salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes, remove and drain the water.

The marinated shrimps are drained from the marinade and deep-fried in 70% hot oil.

Turn to medium heat and fry until the shrimps are crispy.

Leave a little fried shrimp oil in the pot, sauté ginger slices, green and red peppers.

Pour in the fried shrimp and stir fry evenly.

Add a little chicken powder and chives, and stir-fry quickly and evenly.
Tips:
1. Shrimp is delicious and nutritious but needs to pay attention to safety and sanitation. First of all, seafood is not easy to store, so keep it in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Shrimp with red color and soft shell meat is not fresh, so try not to eat it.
2. Secondly, don't eat shrimp raw. Shrimp may contain low-temperature-resistant bacteria and parasites. Even if it is dipped in vinegar or mustard, it cannot completely kill the parasites and eggs. Therefore, it should be eaten after being cooked.
