Crystal Double Potato Cake

Clear flour, cornstarch, hot water, and make the dough!

Sweet potato mash, purple potato mash for filling! (Sweet potatoes and purple potatoes are made with glutinous rice flour, sugar and water, see my last recipe)!

Grab about 25 grams of white dough and knead it into thin skin!

Put down the mashed potato filling, wrap it up, and roll it into a ball!

Roll a circle of flour!

Put a thin layer of oil in the mold (you don't need to apply it), put it into the stuffed dough, and gently flatten it!

Squeeze it out gently!

Put it on the steamer and steam it for 20 to 30 minutes!

There was leftover double mashed potato, so I made a few more double potato cakes!
