Milky Mantou

Mix all the ingredients and use chopsticks to stir into a flocculent shape.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Cover with plastic wrap, and ferment the dough to about twice its size.

The fermented dough is rolled into a square dough sheet, and one side is smeared with a thin layer of vegetable oil.

Roll it up from one end into a long stick shape (forgot to take the photo), and cut into even small pieces.

Put it in the steamer, close the lid and ferment again for about 15-20 minutes. Put cold water in the pot and steam for about 20 minutes to turn off the heat.
7.
Hot and delicious steamed buns are out.
