Cucumber Seeds

1. Wash the cucumbers (our cucumbers are marinated in miso) and set aside.

2. Cut the cucumber into fine pieces.

3. The meat is chopped up.

4. Prepare the green onion, ginger and garlic.

5. Fry the diced meat first! No need to put any seasoning.

6. Put oil in the pot and sauté the scallions, ginger, garlic, dry chili, and stir-fry with cucumber.

7. Add the diced meat and stir fry a few times. Put the soy sauce and stir fry, and then ready to serve.

Tips:

Since cucumbers are salty, I didn't add salt!
If the cucumber is particularly salty, you can soak it in more water, and put some vinegar when you stir fry!
