This is what Northeast people like. The taste is heavier. I like it very much.

Stir-fried Quail with Northeastern Salted Cucumber

1. Peel the quail offal and chop the meat and bones

2. Cut the salted cucumber into froth, then soak in water for 1 hour

3. Garlic ginger

4. Lard is also meat oil!

5. Bring soybean oil and lard to a boil, add quail froth

6. Add ginger and garlic froth

Tips:
