Cumin Fried Noodles with Egg

Wash the onions, carrots, and cabbage, and cut them into filaments. Soak mung bean sprouts in water.

Strain the shells of mung bean sprouts.

Make the noodles shorter, they will break up easily when they are fried and won't become a lump.

Take an egg and beat it up, heat up a small frying pan and drop a few drops of oil to fry the egg into an omelet.

Heat the oil in the wok. The oil can be a little bit more than usual for cooking. Pour in all the vegetables and stir fry.

After the vegetables are soft, add light soy sauce, cumin powder, pepper powder, and salt. If you like spicy food, add some chili powder.

After the vegetables are cooked, pour the noodles, add dark soy sauce to color, and add a little salt according to the amount of noodles.

Stir-fry the vegetable noodle seasoning evenly.

Put the fried noodles on a plate and cover with eggs.
