Cumin Lamb Slices

Take out 200 grams of shabu-shabu slices and defrost a little.

Shred two slices of ginger. Cut a piece of green onion diagonally. A pinch of dried chili and 8 peppercorns. Cut a coriander into sections, 4g cumin powder, 4g chili powder, and appropriate amount of salt.

Add the sliced lamb and stir fry.
