Curry Bream
1.
Prepare the raw materials; cut a few diagonally on each side of the bream, add salt, cooking wine, ginger and green onions, and marinate for ten minutes
2.
Add the right amount of oil to the hot pan, add the bream to fry; when it is golden, turn it over and fry it.
3.
After the fish is fried until two pieces of golden brown, remove it and put it on the plate; put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add the onion and stir fry
4.
Stir-fry the onion until slightly soft, add carrots and potato pieces, and stir fry together; then add curry paste and stir fry together
5.
Stir the curry evenly and add the fried bream; add a suitable amount of water and cover and cook for five minutes
6.
When the fish is 80% cooked, add salt and pepper to taste, and then heat to collect the juice; when the juice has received the right amount, put the fish on the plate
