Curry Tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces and fry on both sides of a non-stick pan over medium heat;

Fry until golden on both sides, set aside;

Stir out the bacon over medium heat;

Put about 8 grams of curry cubes, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp minced ginger, 1 tsp minced onion, and saute;

Pour in tofu and bacon, stir fry a few times;

Add 200 grams of coconut milk, add 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp instant coffee, 1/2 tbsp chili crumbs, cook for about 3-5 minutes Tasty

To taste, pour in onion chunks;

Boil the onions on high heat until they are broken, and serve immediately.
Tips:
1. Curry is the same as sauce. It is not fragrant when it is served. It must be fried before adding vegetables or meat in order to give full play to the flavor;
2. Add a little coffee to enhance the flavor of the dishes, but remember not too much, otherwise the dishes will have a bitter taste;
3. The juice must have a certain amount, not too dry.
