Sift the powdered sugar and almond powder together. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees.

The almond flour will come out with some coarse grains. This is okay. Separate into the egg batter. The purpose of sieving is to loosen the powder, which will be easier to mix evenly in the next operation.

Tips:
1. The decoration of small snacks is more casual, and fruit cream jam is all right.
