Daylily Bbq Bran

Wash daylily and fungus after soaking

Fresh roasted bran

Wash and squeeze the roasted bran repeatedly and cut into small pieces, then boil in the Buddha water for a few minutes, remove it and squeeze out the water for later use

Chopped green onion and minced ginger

Pick up a pan, heat the oil over medium heat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger and star anise until fragrant

Add day lily and fungus and stir fry for a while

Add the roasted bran and stir fry for a minute

Pour in fresh soy sauce, dark soy sauce and some salt

Add 2 spoons of sugar

Stir-fry, pour in water, cover and simmer on medium-low heat

Cook until the soup thickens and rise from the pot

Tips:
Since the roasted bran is a fermented product, it has a little sour taste. After cooking it in water, it will be better to wash and squeeze repeatedly.
