Deep-fried Fish

Rinse and remove the head of the fresh fish. You can keep the fish head if you like to eat it. Then marinate it with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for 3 minutes.

Tips:
Try not to move the fish in the frying process, wait for it to come up on its own, because the fish is tender and will break if it moves too much. After frying and scooping up, put it in the dipping sauce while it is hot, it will be easier to taste
