Delicacy Sea Cucumber Congee

Put the sea cucumbers in a clean container, pour pure water at room temperature, and keep them fresh in the refrigerator. Soak them for about 12 hours and take them out;

Wash the rehydrated sea cucumbers a little to prevent residual fine sand;

Cut the sea cucumber into appropriate size pellets and set aside;

Prepare fresh corn kernels, peel the carrots, wash and cut into dices, set aside;
5.
Add appropriate amount of water to the rice and cook for about 5 minutes to become porridge;
6.
Add the prepared corn and carrots and cook for 3-5 minutes;
7.
Add Haizhen soup cubes and cook until it melts and blends with the porridge;
8.
Add the prepared sea cucumber pellets and cook for 2-3 minutes; sprinkle chopped green onion and drop a few drops of sesame oil before eating!
Tips:
Haizhen Tang Bao has scallop sticks, fresh shrimps, shiitake mushrooms, wakame, eggs, chives and other ingredients. A package of Haizhen soup uses about 200ML of water to be the most delicious. If you cook more porridge and have a weak taste, you can add it at the end Season with the right amount of salt!
