Sea Cucumber with Oyster Sauce

Freeze-dried sea cucumbers are soaked in pure water for more than 10 hours

Sea cucumber and rapeseed after soaking

Tips:
1. It should be paired with asparagus, because there is no, so I chose green rapeseed, which is not bad.
