Delicious Pea Jelly

The ratio of pure soybean starch to water is either 1:4 or 1:5. If you like to eat the older ones, you can add a little less water.

Take out a portion of water and pour it into the starch and mix well.

Boil the remaining portions of water.

After the water is boiled, turn off the fire and slowly pour the starch water into the boiling water.

Stir constantly with chopsticks, do not stop, otherwise it will stick to the pan, stir until there are no white starch particles, and just boil slightly.

After cooling slightly, immediately pour into the prepared container.

Keep in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

Take it out after refrigerating and buckle out.

Cut into pieces and serve.

Put a bit of shredded cucumber and mix the above seasonings into a bowl of juice.

Pour it on the jelly and eat it.
