Double Pepper and Palm Squash

Wash the squash and green and red peppers.

Cut the green and red pepper into circles with an oblique knife, and slice the palm melon (forgot to take the slice, ha ha).

Heat the oil in the pot and saute the onion, ginger, and pepper.

Put in and palm melon slices.
5.
Stir-fry evenly and add green and red peppers.
6.
Stir-fry and add seasonings to serve.
