Drunken Fish Braised Lao Tofu

Ingredients: drunk fish.

Old tofu.

Dried chili, rock sugar.

Unpack the drunk fish and take it out and clean it.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the old tofu on the chopping board and cut into small pieces.
