Dry Stir Frog Legs

1. Wash the frog legs and drain the water

2. Prepare seasoning (scallion slices, ginger slices, garlic slices, dried chili)

3. Prepare sweet potato flour, eggs and black pepper

4. First use a part of the sweet potato flour to dissolve it with a small amount of water, add salt, cooking wine, egg yolk and precipitated sweet potato flour to the frog legs

5. Then add appropriate amount of ginger slices, green onions, mix well and marinate for 2 hours

6. Then pick up the outside and wrap it with sweet potato flour

7. Fry the frog legs in a hot pan with warm oil until light yellow and pick up

8. Wait for the oil temperature to rise, then add it and fry it until golden brown.

9. Pour out all the oil, add ginger slices, garlic slices, dried chili and green onions in a frying pan and sauté fragrant, then pour the frog legs into the pan and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and take it out of the pan
