Duck Rice

The rice is cooked first, and the potatoes are steamed and mashed together when the rice is cooked.

Lettuce, cucumber, carrot, bitter gourd, spring onion, coriander, braised duck, peanuts (I used walnuts instead, there are no peanuts at home, and roasted walnuts in advance)
