Griddle Duck

Braised duck chop pieces.

Cut green and red peppers diagonally into circles, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

Add oil to the wok, add the duck meat when the oil is hot, and fry it slightly.

The outer skin becomes yellow and emerges.
5.
In the bottom of the pot, sauté chili and garlic slices with ginger.

After sautéing the aroma, add a little peppercorns.
7.
Pour the oiled duck meat.
8.
Drizzle a little light soy sauce.
9.
Stir-fry and take out.
Tips:
Hot peppers are recommended to buy the spicy ones. It is not advisable to make more light soy sauce, just a little bit.
