Braised Duck and Spring Bamboo Shoots
1.
Prepare to spring bamboo shoots.
2.
Peel off the outer clothes of the spring bamboo shoots, wash them, and cut them into thin slices. Place them in a pot of boiling water and boil for 1 minute.
3.
Shred ginger, dice green onions, and slice garlic for later use.
4.
Put the salad oil in the pot over the heat. When the oil is 80% hot, add shredded ginger, green onion and garlic slices and fry until fragrant.
5.
Then pour in the hot spring bamboo shoots and stir fry evenly.
6.
Then add light soy sauce.
7.
Add sugar and stir well.
8.
Put the chopped braised duck into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. The braised duck has a large amount of salt, so there is no need to add salt to the spring bamboo shoots to avoid being too salty.
2. Both ingredients have been cooked in advance, so there is no need to stew for a long time, as long as they are delicious.
