Durian Crisp---flying Cake Edition

Two pieces of flying cakes were thawed in advance, and one piece of durian.

Mash the durian with a spoon.

Sprinkle dry powder to prevent sticking, and roll the flying cake into a thin rectangle.

Divide into four evenly.

Take a pie crust and put durian filling in the middle.

Fold it in half and use a fork to compact the three sides. A crisp durian embryo is ready.

Do everything and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with greased paper.

Scatter an egg yolk, and use a brush to brush a thin layer of egg yolk on the surface of the durian crisp embryo. Put it into the upper layer of a preheated 180 degree oven, and bake it for about 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. The durian crispy raw embryo should be compacted on three sides to prevent the filling from bursting during the baking process.
2. Durian crisp is a thin slice of food, bake it and place it in the upper layer of the oven.
3. The temperature and time of the oven are adjusted according to the conditions of the oven.
4. If the color of the durian crisp is not satisfactory after baking, you can increase the temperature of the upper tube appropriately, and bake it for 2-3 minutes to achieve a satisfactory color.
