Easy and Delicious Haggis Soup

Cut the cooked lamb from the supermarket into shreds with a knife.

Wash the coriander and chop.
3.
Add the right amount of water to the haggis.
4.
Bring to a boil and use a spoon to skim off the scum.
5.
Cook for a while, add the shabu-shabu ingredients for seasoning.
6.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
The haggis bought is basically flaky, so it needs to be cut into silk. In order to taste better, the foam should be skimmed off.
