Eel Sandwich

Ingredients

Thinly slice tomato and cucumber, and shred lettuce

Open the can and dice the eel meat
4.
Spread the three slices of sandwich bread flat and spread the salad dressing one by one

The first slice is covered with eel meat and some lettuce, the second slice is covered with tomato and cucumber slices

Stack the second piece on top of the first piece
7.
Then turn the third piece upside down and stack it on top of the second piece
8.
Then put it in a fresh-keeping bag and compact it by hand
9.
Just take it out and cut it in half
