Egg Fried Sandwich

Wash vegetables and wipe dry with kitchen paper. Tomato slices, cucumber slices. Cut 1 slice of ham sausage.

Toast bread slices to the sides, spread a layer of salad dressing (thousand island dressing used).

Spread cucumber slices and ham slices.

Cover with a slice of toast, put on salad dressing, and top with sliced tomatoes.

Cover with a slice of toast. The sandwich is complete.

Stir the eggs in a plate.

First pinch the sandwich and dip all sides in the egg mixture.

Put oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and fry all sides of the sandwich over medium heat.

After frying on all sides, lay the sandwich flat on the plate so that the upper and lower sides are dipped in egg liquid.

Fry them in a pan.
