Tips:

1) Different brands of flour have different water absorption, so the amount of liquid used is not absolute. The softness and hardness of the kneaded dough is similar to that of steamed buns. 2) Because the brand of electric pressure cooker is different, the baking time is also different. About the whole process of baking time is less than 30 minutes, for reference.
