Prepare Emei beans.

Put water and salt in a pot to boil, add the washed Emei beans.
3.
Blanch the Emei beans.
4.
Prepare the juice.
5.
Boil the cooked Emei Beans, drain them and serve them on a plate.
6.
Pour over the prepared juice and top with sesame oil.
7.
Pour the sauced Emei beans.
