Fancy Vietnamese Spring Rolls

To prepare the ingredients, I use this spring roll for breakfast, so I have rice balls in it. Sushi vinegar and bibimbap ingredients are needed to season it. You can also put cooked rice noodles or only vegetables and fruits. It seems that I forgot to shoot the prawns and lettuce. Forgive me, there are a lot of ingredients.

The prawns were cooked and grilled. The children didn't like seafood, so they cooked two. The vegetables were washed, the lettuce was torn into slap-sized slices, the okra slices, and the others shredded.

When the rice is cooked, pour in the sushi vinegar and bibimbap and stir evenly. Let it cool a little bit. It is also possible to wrap it directly without the sauce. You can dip it in the sauce later.

Put ham slices on the lettuce leaves and then put the rice. I will arrange these three things first, so as to avoid rushing and delaying time when rolling the spring rolls. The skin of the long spring rolls will easily become soft during the rolling time, and it will be difficult to wrap and cause break skin. I also have a part of the bitter cocory underneath the ham.

Take a plate larger than the spring roll wrapper and put it in warm water (just put it in the water without pulling your hands). Don't put hot water. The spring roll wrapper will become soft and there will be no way to wrap it. Put the wrapper in the water. Take it out in 5 seconds, shake off the excess water and lay it flat on a rubber mat or cutting board, and put the prepared materials on the skin.

Roll up from the bottom up, the skin is still a bit hard at this time and can be rolled up tighter.

Roll almost twice, leaving the distance on the picture, put the fruit or vegetable, which is the most beautiful and most desired ingredient, and put it at the end. Fold the two sides toward the middle, and continue to roll to the end.

The spring rolls rolled in this way are neat and beautiful, and the skin becomes very soft after the roll, so you must hurry up when you roll the spring rolls.

Tips:
1. In terms of ingredients, you can replace them with your favorite fruits and vegetables. Those who like meat can also roll cooked chicken, pork belly, fish, and beef.
2. Soak the spring roll wrappers in warm water of about 30 degrees for 5 seconds. Do not use hot water. It will be difficult to wrap if it becomes soft too quickly. If you don't believe it, try it.
3. Don't put the spring rolls next to each other after the roll, they will stick to it, try to eat the rolls now, the spring rolls will become hard after a long time, which will affect the taste.
