Fermented Bean Curd Mixed with Purple Beans
1.
Prepare the ingredients, but the purple beans are more difficult to find. You can use other beans
2.
Remove the head and tail of the purple beans, cut into the length you like, mince the garlic and chili, press the fermented bean curd into a puree and mix it with the rest of the seasoning to make a sauce for later use
3.
Put the purple beans on a plate (you can mix the purple beans with oil before steaming, but I didn’t do this), and put them in a steamer with boiling water
4.
Stamped and steamed over medium heat
5.
After steaming for about 15 minutes, take it out
6.
Heat up a pan, add salad oil, and sauté garlic diced
7.
Pop the chili cubes
8.
Add the sauce, bring it to a boil, turn off the heat
9.
Pour the cooked sauce on the purple beans, sprinkle chopped green onion, and drizzle a little sesame oil, mix well, and serve.
