Sausage Fried Rice
1.
Loose the rice overnight with clean water

Dice purple beans, shiitake mushrooms, and Chinese sausage separately

Put oil in the pan, add the chopped beans and fry for 2 minutes

Add the diced sausage and fry until transparent
5.
Re-enter the diced shiitake mushrooms

Stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms until softened, add the seasonings, and stir well

Add rice

.When the rice is fried to the point where the rice grains can pop up in the pot, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir well.
